Warehouse and Distribution : Design-Build Project Highlight


	Project: Food Distribution Location: Selma, North Carolina Type: Structural Features: This design build food distribution center included a freezer warehouse, cooler warehouse, dry storage warehouse, loading and receiving docks, and a mechanical penthouse. At the hub of the facility was a two story office and administration building, located convenient to all areas of the facility. A truck maintenance facility was also constructed on the grounds. This project was delivered on time and within budget.
